Team 91 was founded in 2007 and is an original and founding member of the National Lacrosse Federation. Both Carolina programs compete under that umbrella.
The club, week to week

Girls and boys run in parallel at Team 91 Carolina — same coaching standard, same five fields, same pathway from a first stick to a college commitment. Start on the side that is yours and follow it the whole way down.
Girls program
Ten grad-year teams, the IWLCA circuit in the summer, and a recruiting operation with two co-directors behind it. This is the club's longest-running college pathway and the one with the published record.
Boys program
Twelve grad-year and level-based teams, the NLF circuit in the summer, and an educational commitment to box lacrosse through the winter rather than a season that simply stops in September.

Girls program
Boys program
Girls receive an email within a few days of the evaluation. Boys rosters are posted by tryout jersey number at the end of camp, and invitations continue until rosters are full.
Girls: email Coach Newitt or Coach Sopko for alternate evaluation options. Boys: email carolina@team91lacrosse.com.
Register online and pay a tuition deposit. Spots run summer to summer, and payment plans are available. Tuition is provided at registration.

Team 91 is an original and founding member of the National Lacrosse Federation — an organization run by six of the leading clubs in the country. Carolina players compete under that umbrella, against the best teams in the country, in front of hundreds of college coaches.
The club's own claim: Team 91 Carolina is the only club in Carolina with this level of access to the NLF. Claim pending club sign-off.

From the Team 91 Carolina recruiting guide
Every Carolina player in a recruitable age group receives an IWLCA or IMLCA SportsRecruits profile and platform access, so you can search, connect and be seen by college coaches.
Girls: IWLCA · Boys: IMLCA
Two co-directors of recruiting support on the girls side, and a boys recruiting coordinator with two decades of college coaching. They run family presentations, make introductions and work tournaments alongside you.
Girls support begins the summer before sophomore year.
Build a list of 15–20 schools across DI, DII and DIII. Fill in the questionnaires. Keep a spreadsheet. Email coaches before every season and every event. Be proactive, and don't wait to be found.
Coaches cannot contact you before September 1 of junior year. Current NCAA rules confirmed annually.

We train in your backyard: Pleasant Park in Apex, WakeMed Soccer Park, Mills Park, Thomas Brooks Park and Cary Elementary in Cary, and NetSports indoors in Morrisville.
