The Triangle's most committed players and coaches — best training, best gear, best lacrosse experience. We teach fundamentals and lacrosse IQ from a first stick at four years old all the way to a college commitment, and we run the rec and development programs that get kids there.

The club, week to week
Practice reps, game days, tryout news and every commitment we get to announce — the club posts it all to Instagram. That feed lives here, on the front of the website, so you never have to go looking for what this program actually looks like.
Three ways in
Not every family is looking for the same thing, and that is fine. Some kids are picking up a stick for the first time. Some want a real season with their friends. Some are ready to travel. Here is where each one starts.
Grad-year teams that train year round and travel to the events college coaches attend. A spot is earned at the evaluation camp and held from summer to summer.
Evaluation camp required
Community lacrosse in Cary and Apex for new and experienced players. You do not have to be in the travel program to play — these leagues are open to any family in the Triangle.
All levels welcome
Short-commitment programs built around one idea: more touches and more decisions per hour than a full-field practice can give you. Register for a session or a month, not a season.

Boys program
Girls program
Boys rosters are posted by tryout jersey number at the end of camp, and invitations continue until rosters are full. Girls receive an email within a few days of the evaluation.

Register online and pay a tuition deposit. Spots run summer to summer, and payment plans are available. Tuition is provided at registration.
Recruiting & exposure
Team 91 is an original and founding member of the National Lacrosse Federation — an organization run by six of the leading clubs in the country. Carolina players compete under that umbrella, against the best teams in the country, in front of hundreds of college coaches.
The club's own claim: Team 91 Carolina is the only club in Carolina with this level of access to the NLF. Claim pending club sign-off.

Recruiting 101
From the Team 91 Carolina recruiting guide
Every Carolina player in a recruitable age group receives an IMLCA or IWLCA SportsRecruits profile and platform access, so you can search, connect and be seen by college coaches.
Boys: IMLCA · Girls: IWLCA
Two co-directors of recruiting support on the girls side and a boys recruiting coordinator with two decades of college coaching. They run family presentations, make introductions and work tournaments alongside you.
Girls support begins the summer before sophomore year.
Build a list of 15–20 schools across DI, DII and DIII. Fill in the questionnaires. Keep a spreadsheet. Email coaches before every season and every event. Be proactive, and don't wait to be found.
Coaches cannot contact you before September 1 of junior year. Current NCAA rules confirmed annually.
